This page gives indicative prices and does not constitute a price quotation. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. You are not charged for bounced messages.

Usage charges for mailings are based on an 8KB block
basis.
There is a small usage charge on top of this for each successful message sent. This charge is 0.05p per message. We do not charge for bounced messages.
If the message is larger than 8k then this charge is applied to each 8k block.
Attachments are charged at the discounted rate of 0.01p per 8k block.

Three pricing examples
- If you send a message which is 8k or less to 1200 people then the usage cost would be:
1200 (people) x 0.05 (cost per message) x 1 (block of 8k) = 60p convert
- If you send a 20k message (i.e. using up to three 8k blocks) to 2400 people then the usage cost would be:
2400 (people) x 0.05 (cost per message) x 3 (blocks of 8k) = 360p convert
- If you send a 100k attachment (i.e. using up to thirteen 8k blocks) to 2400 people then the usage cost would be:
2400 (people) x 0.01 (cost per attachment unit) x 13 (blocks of 8k) = 312p convert
As you can see, you only pay for successful messages sent. Therefore if an email address on your list is invalid then you do not pay to send that message.
Our system will calculate the usage automatically each month and you will receive a detailed breakdown of the cost of each mailing.
