The Members Module is the secure, central database of contacts who, based on the other modules in your implementation, may:
- Receive your e-newsletter or updates via email
- Access your forum
- Receive digest summaries of forum postings
- Purchase or otherwise gain access to controlled-access published content (e.g. PDF reports)
Willco builds your Member Module database based on the fields you define. We upload your existing list at no cost.
Members can log in to view their information and communication settings (e.g., subscriptions to particular newsletters) and change their passwords, providing end users with control over how they communicate with you.
New members can add themselves to your database automatically, by entering their contact information in a subscription box you can create for your web site based on HTML code accessed through the Admin Module. You can also send a comma-delimited file with new members to Willco for bulk upload at any time.

Costs
The Members Module and Admin Module are provided jointly as part of a Willco implementation that optionally includes the Lists Module, Forums Module, News Module and/or the Pub Module.
We do not require a minimum contract period or charge to set up your account or load your data. We are confident you will choose to stay with Willco.
